Wowsers!

I have to share something extraordinary!  In my November Post I had written about my fear and how a phone call to a dear friend turned that around.  Read Here.
I usually write in my journal before I type up a blog post.  This past week I was spending time reading back through my journal and I discovered something incredible!
I had written that particular post on November 5,2014.....The Day Baby B was born! To think I wrote that and received a new hope and excitement that day, ON the day she was born!
Ahhhhhhh. There are no words!

Sooooo,
In my last post I exclaimed our LOVE for this little sweetie.

Our love for her has grown as she has grown.   She is a spunky, JOYFUL little girl and ON THE MOVE!  She started crawling at 7 months, pulling up at 8 months and is now trying her best to stand up from a sitting position.  Its quite funny.  She mimics us and loves to say Bubba, Dadda (she said this for the first time on Father's Day :), and say Yay while clapping her hands.

The sweetest part of my day is seeing Jackson love on her and snuggle her.
Its a JOY I can't explain.

Foster care is both a beautiful thing and a struggle.
It's what we signed up for and our Lord God is our strength
and gives such blessing through it all.

Isaiah 41:10

fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 58:10

if you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted,

then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday.

Philippians 4:6-7

do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with
thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Joshua 1:9

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
